Phillip Leigh Associates was established by Phillip Leigh in 1966 and is proud to have achieved over 40 years of advising local people on local property.

We are the only THE ONLY local estate agency which is indepdendently owned and run by three partners, all of whom are personally contactable and fully involved on a day to day basis.

Phillip Leigh's Chigwell Office is situated in a prime position, being the only Estate Agency office on the busy and popular Brook Parade. This parade of niche retail units has certain "specialist" trades along with HSBC Bank. Every resident in the area is drawn to the parade at some point in the week, ensuring a high number of local passing trade.
